It’s been about a month since Miranda Cosgrove cut her summer tour short after a scary bus accident left the actress-singer with a broken ankle

So how’s the iCarly star coming along?

“She’s getting better,” iCarly actress Jennette McCurdy told us this weekend at the Creative Arts Emmy Awards in L.A. “She’s always so bubbly.”

“She’s a very positive person,” added fellow iCarly costar Jerry Trainor. “She’s trying to keep busy. She’s teaching herself Mandarin.”

Really?!

“No,” Trainor laughed. “I’m just trying to raise the bar. Give her something to shoot for.”

McCurdy has plans to see Cosgrove this week. “We’re visiting her with
some friends. We’re going to bring her food from her favorite
restaurant, and we’re going to watch some movies,” she said.

As for when Cosgrove is expected to be back in tip-top shape, iCarly actor Nathan Kress dished, “We’re set to start back in January, so everything will be great by then. She’ll be fine and we’ll be ready to go.”

Jerry:I think iCarly fans will especially love this episode mainly because they’re going to..because I’m going to be dressed like a woman during part of it.

Jerry: Do I think Sam and Freddie will end up together…I just don’t know, and I think it’s really mean to put so much pressure on me to know that type of information, which I could never possibly know.

Jerry: He really…His process is one of…Basically the first day he gets the script and he just tears it up,lights it on fire, puts it in a trash can,goes like this, and says “Role” he just really, he just feels it out he’s like a jazz improv guy,like a tickle in the ivorys,but, with the dialogue, which is coming out like magic.

What would you ask someone from the future icarly cast

Jerry: What would I ask someone from the future would be..How do I look?
Jennette:I would ask them if we really have hover boards, and if we actually walk around with the pockets of our jeans untucked, and if we have shoes that lace themselves up.
Miranda: This is hard..but this is a really important question if um *laughs* *her answer gets cuts off..for now*
Nathan: I would ask if there was teleportation..like..or time travel, one of those two
Miranda:I would ask about flying cars. I want a flying car. I wanted one for a long time. I might not even get a car until flying cars come out.
Jerry:Better think about your answer future man because I will break your entire time machine and you will be stuck here,and then if you don’t get your parents to kiss at the dance then your going to disappear and your not going to be able to play Johnny be good.

Jerry Trainor Barks About T.U.F.F Puppy at Comic Con

Jerry Trainor makes the perfect "man's best friend". And it's not only because he's one of the funniest and friendliest stars we know. It's because he also plays one of the coolest canines on television! Jerry plays Dudley Puppy on the Nickelodeon cartoon T.U.F.F. Puppy, and he made a pit stop at the San Diego Comic Convention (AKA Comic-Con) to bark all about it.

Before the convention, Jerry announced his appearance to all his fave twitizens. He chirped, "Comic con on Sunday! I'll be there doing a signing and a live TUFF Puppy script read! Come see me!"

When he finally arrived, Jerry chirped, "I am now at Comic Con, hidden amongst the throng of people!" And who were those people you may wonder? Well, we know one of them was good 'ol Pick Boy. And another was Butch Hartman, AKA the writer of The Fairly Odd Parents and T.U.F.F. Puppy.

During the convention, Jerry was spilling all the deets on his role as the top dog, Dudley, to the press. But he dished to FlickDirect about how his canine counterpart reminds him of...well, himself. He said, "I play a lovable imbecile...Like me in real life!" And after he made his way through tons of celebrity interviews, Jerry made a pit stop on the Comic-Con panel to discuss his cartoon and to do his live table reading!

After all was said and done, Jerry chirped out a little thank you to his fans. He tweeted, "Thanks to all who came out to say hi to me and the TUFF team at SDCC! You made it amazing, I had a blast!"

Thank YOU Jerry. And for your awesome Comic-Con appearance, we're giving you a great big round of a paws!
